Aankhon Ki Sehat K Liye 6 Behtareen Sabziyan Aur Phal

Yahan 6 aise phal aur sabziyan hain jo aankhon k liye intehai mufeed hain:
1. Ginkgo
Ginkgo aankhon tak khoon k behter doran ko faraham karta hai, khas tor par glaucoma k mareezon k liye faida mand hai. Is mein antioxidants mojood hain jo aankhon ko oxidative stress se bachate hain.
2. Blueberries
Blueberries mein flavonoids hote hain jo aankhon k cells ko nuksan se bachate hain, khoon ki rawani behtar banate hain aur raat mein dekhne ki salahiyat mein izafa karte hain. Ye glaucoma aur motiye mein bhi madadgar hain.
3. Fennel (Saunf)
Saunf aankhon ki soozish aur pani behne ko kam karta hai. Saunf ki chai ya eye rinse tor par iska istemal motiya aur glaucoma jaise masail mein hota hai. Iska tail bhi aankhon ka pressure kam karne mein madad deta hai.
4. Mulberries (Shahtoot)

5. Goji Berries
Goji berries mein lutein, zeaxanthin aur beta-carotene paye jate hain jo aankhon ko blue light aur oxidative stress se bachate hain. Ye vitamin A, C aur amino acids se bharpoor hoti hain jo aankhon ko hydrate rakhti hain.
6. Chamomile (Baboonay ka Phool)
